I'm Debora Gleice Vieira, artist in the Swiss Rhine Valley. My paintings explore peace, soft ambiguity, and the quiet emotions that are difficult to put into words. I believe art can make a home feel calmer and serve as a gentle reminder that everything will be ok. 
My work is based on soft ambiguity emphasized by heavy texture. From a psychological perspective, this type of art work can encourage mindful attention, allowing the brain to move away from constant problem-solving and into a state of observation and reflection. The uncertainty in the image gives the viewer freedom to create their own story, activating imagination, memory, and emotional connection.
